This position provides administrative support to the marketing team by handling tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and updating marketing materials. 


This role assists with organic social media posts, email campaigns, and event coordination where needed. 


The role also involves organising files, responding to enquiries, and helping with basic research to support marketing efforts.


Specific Accountabilities:

  • Managing all incoming leads

  • Monitoring social media ads

  • Liaising with wholesalers and travel agents

  • Assisting with tactical campaign execution

  • Proofreading all marketing emails, advertising creative, and other materials for the team

  • Supporting the Sales & Marketing Executive with coordination of media and content creator familiarisation trips

  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with airline sale creative and promotion of sale

  • Preparing all electronic newsletters for consumer and trade communication

  • Recording all campaign results

  • Assisting the Sales & Marketing Executive with all travel show and expo opportunities

  • Checking Google Alerts and trade news media daily for relevant news and disperse to the management team

  • Attending relevant consumer and trade events, acting as an on-site contact during the event

  • Managing the day-to-day marketing budget tracker and invoice payment process

  • Handling administrative duties

Applicants must have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.


This position is based in Auckland, New Zealand.


Applicants must be competent in using:

  • Excel

  • Word

  • Outlook

  • PowerPoint

  • Canva and HubSpot experience would be an advantage
