They have an opportunity for a Financial Controller to join our team.

As is expected, the role is responsible for TAU’s financial planning and analysis, financial reporting including preparation of annual financial statements and budgets and monthly management accounts, assisting with business plans and strategic planning, implementation and monitoring of systems, recommending changes in policies and procedures that will improve financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating fully with TAU’s other divisional teams through consultation, cross divisional support and mentoring.

The position reports to the CEO, and the Board of Directors as required.

This is a hands-on position; the successful applicant will have excellent time management and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to train and develop a team, providing motivation and guidance, and hands-on monitoring of performance along with the ability to communicate at all levels with the different Divisions throughout TAU.

The successful applicant will be a certified as a Chartered Accountant (or similar) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management position to lead the financial, strategic direction for TAU.
