The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is seeking a dynamic leader to establish and drive our risk management function across a diverse portfolio of public assets and enterprises. 

Reporting to the CEO, this new role will shape governance, frameworks, and compliance, enabling quality insights and resilient performance across CIIC and the CIIC Group. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish CIIC’s risk management framework and governance structures.

• Embed risk culture and deliver training programs.

• Oversee strategic and operational risk, compliance, and internal audit planning.

• Develop business continuity and crisis management protocols.

• Support CIIC’s captive insurance governance and reporting.
  

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in risk management, assurance, or compliance.

• Strong policy development and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Excellent communication and analytical capability.
