Cook Islands Motor Centre are currently seeking a positive, motivated and mechanically minded individual to join their team as an Assembly Team Supervisor in their Sales Department.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate a 4-person Assembly Team; manage daily workloads and sales requests

• Assemble and test scooters, trail bikes, power tools, and prep motorcycles/mowers/garden equipment for sale

• Handle inbound logistics: wharf paperwork, container devanning (whiteware & motorbikes), storage, and vehicle collections

• Maintain showroom and forecourt standards: re-sticker vehicles, update window cards, and groom vehicles

• Oversee yard and site upkeep: mowing, trimming, weed spraying, waste/recycling, and storage container tidiness

• Schedule Pre-Deliveries/workshop bookings; coordinate panel work, underseal/Gold Seal, grooming, tyre changes as needed

• Organise deliveries/installations, Saturday staffing, fork hoist operations, and maintain delivery truck

What you’ll bring

• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven team supervision experience

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

• Excellent organiser who can prioritise, problem-solve, and work to deadlines

• Committed to health & safety best practices and a tidy, efficient workplace

• Forklift experience/licence an advantage
