CITC Building Centre is a one-stop shop and a leading supplier for home builders, renovators, and trade contractors in the Cook Islands. 

They are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Assisting customers with product and order inquiries, both in person and over the phone 

• Supporting the Sales Team with processing and managing orders and deliveries 

• Working collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs 

Required: 

• Strong customer service and communication skills 

• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook 

• Good organisational and multitasking abilities 

Preferred: 

• Experience in a similar role within a retail environment 

• Product knowledge, particularly in building and construction trade materials 

• Strong communication skills in both English and Cook Islands Māori
