CITC is seeking dedicated and suitably qualified candidate to join their team at the new Patai Store in Titikaveka. 

They have a full-time position available in our Ready-to-Go (RTG) food section. 

RTG (Ready to Go) Team Leader 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the profitable performance and efficient operations of the RTG categories 

• Lead and supervise a team to deliver excellent customer service 

• Oversee food quality, freshness, and visual presentation 

• Enforce strict adherence to safe food handling and company policies 

What they are looking for: 

• Relevant experience in food service or a similar environment 

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the food service or retail industry 

• Proficient in inventory management & cost control practices
