As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting their people across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

o Providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

o Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

o Building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to deliver solutions and drive positive outcomes.

o Managing employee relations and ensure compliance with local labour laws

o Overseeing health and safety initiatives and contribute to relevant training and development programs.
