CITC are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor who is passionate about people and ready to make a real impact.

As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting their people across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives

• Building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to deliver solutions and drive positive outcomes

• Managing employee relations and ensure compliance with local labour laws

• Overseeing health and safety initiatives and contribute to relevant training and development programs

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a HR role

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Background in Health & Safety is strong advantage.
