McConnell Dowell is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join their team in the Cook Islands.

About the Role
As the Quality Coordinator, you will support the implementation and maintenance of project quality systems. You’ll assist with inspections, audits, reporting, and document control, ensuring quality processes are embedded across daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project quality systems and procedures

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and version control

  • Assist with inspections, audits, and quality reporting

  • Track non-conformances and corrective actions

  • Support site teams with quality records and compliance

  • Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement


About You

You will ideally bring:

  • Experience in a quality, compliance, or project support role

  • Strong organisational and documentation skills

  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and document systems

  • Ability to work independently and within site teams

  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset
