Multiple positions are available for the right candidate depending on your experience. 

They advise on commercial transactions, banking and finance, regulatory matters, land law, criminal law, and major litigation.

You will gain hands-on experience with government agencies, major private-sector clients, local companies, charities, and private individuals, including exposure to cross-border matters.

They are looking for people to fill the following positions:

• Paralegal: a law student in their final years of law school (studying remotely) who has a desire to become a lawyer in the Cook Islands (part-time or full-time)

• Graduate/Junior lawyer: 0-2 years PQE

• Mid-Level Lawyer: 2-5 years’ PQE (litigation or commercial experience an advantage)

A successful candidate will have:

• A strong academic background and a desire to develop broad legal skills

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisation

• An ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive attitude
