About Them

Paparei Beachfront Bungalows is a beautiful beachfront accommodation offering guests an authentic Aitutaki experience. They pride themselves on exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and making every guest feel at home.

The Role

They’re seeking a dedicated housekeeper who understands that this role is about more than just cleaning - it’s about creating a welcoming experience for their guests from arrival to departure.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare bungalows to the highest standard between guest stays

• Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure everything is perfect

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously

• Provide local recommendations and assistance

• Conduct property inspections to maintain quality standards

• Assist with guest transfers (airport/wharf pickups and drop-offs)

What They’re Looking For

• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards

• Outstanding guest service skills - friendly, approachable, and professional

• Reliable, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Physically fit for the demands of the role

• Valid driver’s licence

• Right to work in the Cook Islands (or eligible for work permit)

Nice to Have

• Previous housekeeping or accommodation experience

• Guest services or hospitality background

• Knowledge of Aitutaki attractions and activities
