Te Vara Nui is Rarotonga’s premier Cultural Island Night venue. They operate 3 nights per week offering guests an expansive buffet/banquet featuring western and island cuisine… this is followed by their spectacular Over Water Show.

Their Island Nights are fast paced, exciting, and rewarding, working with a good team and unlike a standard restaurant because of the Show.

They are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee and manage their 3 restaurants.This is an exciting role with responsibility plus a lot of variety and scope.  

Their ideal candidate will possess a very strong attention to detail, good time management, people skills (staff and guests) strong work ethic, initiative, and be flexible, reliable, honest and trustworthy.

This is a full-time hands-on position spread over 6 days and will include day and night shifts. (including the 3 island nights).

Preference will be given to candidates already living in Rarotonga.
