An experienced and independent manager is required for our beachfront bar and brasserie located in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.

They are looking for an experienced manager to join their team. 

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or other similar industry required 

• Maturity and the ability to work independently

• Capablity to lead a team and engaging in a positive way with customers

• An eye for detail and commitment to accurate reporting 

• A practical nature, able to maintain, fault check and occasionally repair basic electronics and equipment such as the sound system, lighting and bar / café equipment.
