CITC is looking for dedicated and suitably qualified candidates to join their team at their new Patai Store in Titikaveka. 

They have both full-time and part-time positions available. 

Full-Time Positions:

RTG (Ready to Go) Supervisor 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee shift operations of the RTG food section

• Ensure quality, freshness, and appealing presentation of RTG meal preparation and production 

• Supervise and train staff while upholding food handling and safety standards 

RTG (Ready to Go) Team Leader 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the profitable performance and efficient operation of the RTG categories within the store

• Lead a team to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies 

• Oversee food quality, freshness, and presentation while enforcing strict safe food handling practices 

Part-Time Position:

Duty Manager 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and train staff 

• Balance and reconcile cash and oversee point of sale transactions 

• Display, rotate, and merchandise stock
