CITC are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Distribution Manager to lead sales growth and customer excellence across hospitality, trade, and outer island customers.

The successful candidate will combine commercial acumen with strong leadership capability, ensuring customers receive outstanding service while sales targets and operational standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospitality, trade, and outer island customers to drive sales and business growth

• Develop and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed agreed sales targets, using data and performance analysis to inform decision-making

• Oversee sales and distribution operations, ensuring accurate and timely service and efficient resolution of stock or supply issues

• Manage customer debtors, ensuring all accounts remain within agreed credit limits and payment terms.

• Provide strong leadership and management to the team
  
  What You Need:

• Proven experience in sales and distribution management, ideally within hospitality, FMCG or trade or retail environments

• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies

• Excellent organisational and operational management capability

• Sound financial acumen, including debtor and account management

• Confident people leader with experience managing and motivating teams
