As the Head of Department, you will report to the Retail Manager. 

The key responsibilities of this position include:

• Growing the sales & profit performance of the department

• Managing, monitoring & maintaining timely merchandising & display of products

• Responsible for the security of company assets & stock in the department

• Staff supervision, training & support

Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous.
