CITC is seeking a suitably experienced RTG Produce & Salads Supervisor to join their Fresh & Frozen Foods Team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising team members in the daily preparation of produce and salads for both the Supermarket and Satellite Stores. 

Your leadership will ensure efficient and timely production, minimise waste, and maximise profit through effective resource management and strict adherence to food safety procedures. 

Required: 

• Strong customer service skills 

• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team 

• Physically fit and able to perform required tasks 

• Good written and verbal communication skills
