Key Responsibilities: 

Store Management: 

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised, and clean

Team Leadership: 

• Supervise and inspire a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and a positive working environment

Customer Service Excellence: 

• Lead by example, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly

Sales & Targets: 

• Drive sales by implementing effective strategies to meet or exceed store targets

• Monitor KPIs and make adjustments as needed

Inventory Management: 

• Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory, and assist in ordering products as necessary

Training & Development: 

• Train and develop staff, conducting performance evaluations and helping team members achieve their career goals

Visual Merchandising: 

• Ensure the store's appearance is aligned with brand standards, optimising product displays for maximum sales. 

What you need: 

• Proven retail management experience preferably in the supermarket / food industry

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and lead teams

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral

• Competent in the use of computerised 

• Inventory Management and Point of Sale technology systems
