CITC are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Advisor to join our small team.

You will be providing advice, support and guidance to our leaders on people-related issues, applying best practice and a consistent approach to compliance with policies and procedures. 

This is a true HR generalist role that covers a full remit of HR including employee engagement, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, training and development and HR projects. 

As you'll be working with people throughout all levels of the organisation, having excellent communication skills, great problem-solving skills and being a great team player, will be the key to your success in this role.
