CITC's Sales & Distribution division are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team. 

The key responsibilities of the position include: 

• Telemarketer ordering servicefor all wholesale customers

• Answering customer inquiries & advising customers of product related information 

• Providing quotations and assisting with the processing of orders 

• Reporting customer requests

• Assisting with data & stock take processing

• Assisting with collection of orders & checking on stock being loaded for delivery 

You will need to be honest, reliable, organised & have great customer service & communication skills.
