CITC are looking for a new member of the team to join their busy HR department.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working with a great team, they are looking for the right person to support the day to day HR operations, assisting with recruitment inquires, interviewing for front line positions along with supporting their Training Manager in facilitating staff training.
Full on the job training will be provided and the position provides a great opportunity for a career in HR working alongside skilled professionals in a corporate HR environment.
As you grow and develop your skills and experience, you will provide front line HR support, advice and assistance for a range of employment relations & human resources matters from all parts of the company.
They are looking for a strong communicator with the right attitude and approach, somebody who has great MS Office skills with the ability to work under pressure and is confident in dealing with difficult situations.
If you have previous Human Resources or Office Administration experience then they would like to talk to you.
