CITC is looking for keen individuals who would like to join the team at CITC’s Fresh & Frozen butchery division at the CITC Supermarket.

They have an opening for two Butchery Apprentices and one Butchery Assistant.

This is a great opportunity for anybody seeking to start their career in the meat industry working in a modern and busy butchery environment.

Full training will be given. Successful applicants will also be enrolled [at no cost] as apprentices working under our skilled Butchery Manager and team.

In addition, they have a position for a Butchery Assistant to become part of the great team in the butchery department.

These are full time permanent positions with an immediate start.

Applicants need to be reliable, honest, have a willingness to learn and a desire to take the opportunity to work hard in a busy and diverse environment.

Previous experience in the meat industry is not necessary but if you do have some knowledge and experience in either the meat or food industry that would be great.
