Branch Service Officer (BSO) Mauke
Reporting to the Branch Supervisor – Mauke

The Branch Service Officer will contribute to and deliver a superior front line customer service experience primarily with regards to BCI transactional and lending services.

In collaboration with the Mauke Branch Network team; you will aim to maximize opportunities at every customer interaction through your knowledge of the Banks products and services to deepen customers relationships through consultative and needs based sales whilst adhering to all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements of the Bank.

Reporting to the Branch Supervisor – Rakahanga

Branch Supervisor-Rakahanga
Reporting to the Manager Branch Network

The Branch Supervisor – Rakahanga has overall responsibility for the Atiu offices operational aspects as well as Branch objectives and outcomes per BCI’s Strategic plans.

In collaboration with the Rakahanga Branch Network team, the supervisor will:

• Develop and maintain a high level of customer service to the Bank’s client’s base.
• Portray a positive image of BCI as you engage with customers & community on behalf of BCI, creating more awareness of BCI, its products and its services.
• Lead the team with community relationship events, social media and networking activities that promote the spirit, philosophy, dedication, and general direction of BCI.
