CITC is looking for an experienced and qualified Business Support Manager to join their Food Group division in Rarotonga.

This is a specialist role that will suit an experienced manager with an background in supermarket and FMCG operations.

The role has recently been added to the Food Group structure to provide operational support to their supermarket operations with am emphasis on assisting supervisors and team leaders with meeting business goals and customer service challenges in a changing retail environment.

The position reports to the Food Group Manager and is a key role within the Food Group Division providing management and technical support in a range of situations to support a change management program within the division, as the business grows to meet customer demand.

The successful applicant will join the Food Group leadership team and may be required to support other parts of the Food Group business.

Previous experience in large scale frozen, chiller and merchandising goods management is a prerequisite and intending applicants will need to be able to demonstrate previous team management experience.

You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in promoting safe food handling and workplace health and safety management.
