Human Resources Assistant

As a Human Resources Assistant, your duties will include a wide range of functions which will support the efficient operations of the HR department.
The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the day to day operations of all HR functions and duties
- Providing administrative and clerical support
- Responding to HR related inquiries & requests
- Updating and maintaining HR files, records, documents & systems
- Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of HR information * Assisting with employee recruitment processes
- Assisting with other HR related functions
Required skills for the position include:
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Sound computer skills, must be proficient in the use of MS Office
- Sound organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks * Proven experience in a HR related or similar role would be advantageous
