CITC’s Sales & Distribution division are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team.

The key responsibilities of the position include:

• Telemarketer ordering service for all wholesale customers
• Answering customer enquiries and advising customers of product related information
• Providing quotations and assisting with the processing of orders
• Reporting customer requests
• Assisting with data & stock take processing
• Assisting in the Retail Store as required, merchandising stock & processing POS transactions

You will need to be honest, reliable, organised and have great customer service and communication skills. You will also need to have good computer skills.
